We got Becky and Angi as our sale rep, they are great all around. We’d recommend them to anyone.
We stopped to test drive a Forester and Forester Hybrid. Becky gave us a brief explanation of the hybrid differences, quickly brought both vehicles to the showroom door, and lets us take them fora test drive. Becky was very friendly and efficient. We were contacted by one of the mangers to answer any questions. A very good experience. If we decide to purchase a vehicle, we will definitely buy it here.

Brian, our salesperson, was well informed and never pushy. He talked to me, a woman, like I have a brain. He helped us understand the safety features and design aspects that make Subaru unique. I'd never had a salesperson open the hood and tell me about the engine before...why Subaru designs their system differently. We talked about our particular needs and found the best model at a good price. Financing was easy and smooth. We love our new Forester!

I love Baxter Subaru! When I purchased by current vehicle the Sales staff was wonderful to work with. The Service crew has always done a wonderful job. They always keep informed about what they are doing and what needs to be done. I have never been pressured to let them do more work than what is needed.
Baxter made our car buying process super easy. The gentleman we worked with, Lorenzo, was great and very knowledgeable. We definitely recommend Baxter Subaru.

Great Service! The service required by our car turned out to be quite complicated. The service team handled the challenges successfully creating an experience that was filled with many moments of kindness and thoughtfulness. Tobi Elder, our service advisor, was a delight to work with as her communications were timely and she addressed our concerns effectively. The host of skilled & knowledgeable service technicians not only made the needed repairs but employed thorough quality control processes. Thankfully for us, the entire experience was seamless which we attribute to Brian Moat, service manager.
Efficient, professional, and courteous complete service after the sale. I did buy extended 3 year warranty for oil change and check ups - anything in between has also been covered as well: tire pressure checks if needed, updates for computer/screen, checks before traveling long distance trips, etc. Even car washes when I'm in the area! Lorenzo Miranda did a great job selling the Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness trim. He did a couple follow-ups, however, was just waiting for the discounts and was able to get close to what I was wanting for a 2024. Carry Short was so helpful in getting the paperwork and loan done and appreciated her patience. Malique did a great job showing me the basics of the car before I left the lot....Thank You! The experience was, dare I say, enjoyable? Carry was flexible and helpful and the overall vibe at Baxter Subaru Omaha was amazing. We even showed up to test drive 15 minutes before closing, and it wasn't a problem at all.

They took a lot of time with me to find out exactly what I wanted, what my price range needs were and what features I was looking for. Then, they allowed me to test drive several vehicles. When I decided what I wanted, they searched for the vehicle that fit my needs, reserved it for me, contacted me when it arrived and let me test drive it before making a final decision. All along, no pressure. They even delivered the car the night of the final purchase because I had no one with me. I highly recommend Baxter Subaru.

Our first car buying experience totally conducted online. We are in our 60's and we were a little uncomfortable about buying a car online. The employees were very helpful and walked us through everything. No hidden fees and no dealer add-ons. We received a great deal on our Outback and we are very pleased with this dealership. We are 300 miles from the dealership and they met us halfway for delivery of the vehicle at no extra charge.
We purchased our Subaru Legacy and July of 2018 new and it has not been anywhere else for service I completely love Baxter they take extremely good care of us and they're some of the most friendly people you'll ever find them

Took car in for an extended warranty repair....warranty purchased through a Subaru dealer in Arizona. Invoice came with a total owing and I disagreed! Baxter said that since it was not purchased through a Baxter store implied the warranty was basically no good and all work was not completely covered! My extended warranty was a comprehensive plan with no deductible, and if it was a covered part (they were) they were completely covered.
